Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about
reflexology and life coaching.
-
Reflexology is a natural way to help the body relax and reset. It is based on the idea that the body is reflected through specific points on the feet, hands, and ears. By applying gentle, focused pressure using specific techniques, reflexology may help soothe tension, support relaxation, and encourage balance throughout the body.
-
Please allow about 15 minutes in addition to your scheduled appointment time. This gives us time to review your information form and talk through any specific concerns or areas you’d like me to be aware of.
Whether your session is 30, 60, or 90 minutes, the focus is on relaxation. You’ll be able to settle in, get comfortable, and let the session unfold without needing to do anything.

Come dressed comfortably.

Massage works directly with the muscles and connective tissues to help reduce tension and create that familiar “ahhh” feeling.
I often describe reflexology as a cousin to massage. The goal can be similar - helping you feel more relaxed and comfortable - but the way we get there is different.
Each has its own strengths, and the better fit depends on what your body needs and what you’re hoping to accomplish. If I believe massage would help you reach your goals more effectively, I’m happy to recommend it.
-
No. Reflexology is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical concern, it’s important to work with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Reflexology can still be a supportive part of your overall wellness plan, especially when your goal is to reduce stress, ease physical tension, support pain relief, and help your body relax.
-
Insurance companies do not currently cover reflexology. However, some HSA accounts may allow reflexology as an eligible expense. Because plans vary, I recommend checking with your account provider before your appointment.
-
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
A cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment is considered a short-notice cancellation. If short-notice cancellations become a pattern, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service may apply.
I reserve the right to make exceptions.

Life coaching is a collaborative process focused on helping you move toward your goals while identifying the habits, beliefs, or barriers that may be getting in the way.
Rather than telling you what to do, coaching helps you gain clarity, make your own decisions, take meaningful action, and build greater trust in yourself along the way.
The goal is not just to solve one problem. It is to help you become more confident, capable, and intentional in how you move forward.
-
Therapy often focuses on understanding and healing from past experiences, emotional wounds, or mental health concerns.
Life coaching is more focused on where you are now, where you want to go, and what may be getting in the way. We may look at past experiences when they help explain a current pattern, but the emphasis is on gaining clarity, making decisions, and moving forward.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment, but it can be a powerful fit when you’re ready to focus on growth, change, and taking action.
-
Coaching can be helpful when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or ready for something to change but aren’t sure how to move forward.
We may work on things like gaining clarity, changing patterns that keep repeating, building confidence, making decisions, setting boundaries, following through on goals, or navigating a season of transition.
You don’t have to fit neatly into one of those categories. If something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to, we can talk about whether coaching might be a good fit.
-
After your clarity call, I’ll send you a link to schedule your first coaching session. During the clarity call, we’ll identify what feels most important for you to work on, and your first session begins there.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come. Just show up ready to be present, honest, and open to looking at things from a different perspective.
I’ll ask questions, help you slow things down, notice patterns, and clarify what may be getting in the way. From there, we’ll work toward practical next steps that make sense for you.
-
That’s exactly what the free clarity call is for. We’ll talk through what you’re dealing with, what you want to change, and any questions or concerns you have. By the end of the call, we should both have a clearer sense of whether coaching is a good fit.
-
Yes. All coaching at Full Circle Renewal starts with a free clarity call. It gives us a chance to talk briefly about what you want help with, answer any initial questions, and make sure we’re starting in the right place.
-
Yes. All life coaching sessions are held online through Zoom, so you can meet from a private, comfortable space wherever you are.

If you have questions before scheduling, you’re welcome to reach out through the contact form, email, or text. If it’s easier to talk than type everything out, just send me a text letting me know you have a question, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a time to talk.
