Reflexology

A natural way to help your body reset, restore, and rebalance.

Reflexology uses gentle, focused pressure on specific reflex points to help the body relax and release tension.

It can be especially helpful when stress, tension, pain, or exhaustion have been building for a while.

Reflexology allows the body to calm down, relax, and reset.

I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Each session is adjusted based on what your body needs that day.

Most clients come in because something isn’t right - not always knowing how to explain it.

It might look like:

  • Carrying constant stress or feeling overwhelmed

  • Holding tension in the neck, shoulders, or back

  • Dealing with ongoing discomfort or pain

  • Feeling exhausted, even after resting

  • Running on empty or close to burnout

Reflexology creates a space for your body to slow down and begin releasing what it’s been holding.

Reflexology is more than foot work.

I offer both Foot Reflexology and Full Body Reflexology.

Foot Reflexology is a focused session centered on the feet.

Full Body Reflexology takes a broader approach, working with reflex points in the feet, hands, ears, and along the spine.

Each session is tailored to what you need that day, while the type of reflexology you choose gives the session its focus.

The goal isn’t to follow the same routine every time.

It’s to meet your body where it is that day.

If you found yourself nodding along
to even a few of those things,
or saying “oh, that’s me” at any point —

let’s connect.
